On October 27th, LEARN! hosted a research seminar with dr. Pieter Verstraete titled ‘Towards an acoustic approach of our educational pasts’.
During the seminar, Verstraete introduced two case studies that explored the role of voice and silence in the classroom. He emphasised the value of such an acoustic approach and highlighted the contemporary value of historical research in education.
